1979 Jeep Wagoneer Good project vehicle. 350 Chevy and THM400 AT 4×4 I have driven daily on/off for 2-years as a commuter. Drives “straight” Very easy to start. No smoke, etc.
Parked it after a transmission leak and low grinding sound, needs towed and repaired.

I do not know if this is a transmission, transfer case, U-joint, or axle issue.

The U-joint may have hit the edge of the transmission?

Needs exhaust donut gaskets tightened or replaced.
