1959 Renault 4CV Barn find Survivor
1959 Renault 4CV- Barn find survivor..This is a rare car in fairly good condition.
750cc gas engine and manual transmission. There will need to be some repair done to floor area in front of the front seats. It’s pretty solid and could be used as is if you want to make it a daily driver. The starter motor is missing, but the engine turns over with what seems like compression with the included hand crank. There are starter motors available online. The generator is loose and included in the trunk. the trim and light covers all seem to be intact and useable. I have not tested any electrical. Passenger side rear door latch does not catch.
This car has been in a barn for many years. There are some mouse holes in the head liner. The tires all hold air. The transmission seems to shift fine. The Brake pedal seems to be stuck to the floor. This is an amazing little car and is very attractive.
