Barn Find… I spent 4 years trying to buy this car. Finally got my hands on it 2 years ago was planning on an LS swap . Unfortunately I have to many projects so something needs to go.
This a 1980 yes it has the wrong nose on it.
The Good: This Trans Am has been off road in a garage since 1996. The dash is near mint all original interior is intact. Factory Fisher T-Tops are mint they fit perfect and don’t leak (this was the main reason I wanted this car) this T/A came with A/C. All glass is excellent and all flares are there (some in the trunk) The original floors and trunk are very good, chassis is very good for the year. All 4 original wheels very good condition. Original small block Chevy car.
The Bad: The engine is toast and not original. (just a bare 350 block that got wet without heads) T-350 and rear end are still there and complete. This vehicle needs a complete restoration
To the right guy this car is a home run and an excellent investment. Excellent platform for your LS swap or whatever.
