This all original Porsche 924 was found in a barn in Texas. I acquired it last year and put it the temp garage you see in the photos to keep it out of the weather. Will need a restoration, but it looks like it is all there.
I’m selling this since I already have a barn full of cars and can’t get to it any time soon. There appears to be close to zero rust on this car. Some points on this Porsche…
-Historically significant as the Porsche 924, originally the Porsche-designed VW project EA425.
-First front-engine, water-cooled Porsche, marking the start of a new era.
-Design evolved into the 944, then the 968, continuing the platform’s production until 1995.
-Sold in unprecedented numbers in Porsche history, with 7,496 of the 25,000 produced in 1977 sold in the US.
No attempt to start it has been made since it was found, by myself of the previous owner. Parts are readily available. The Porsche comes with a clean Texas title, shown in the photo.
