1970 charger project(xh29) It’s a Texas car that’s been off road since 80’s. It was tore apart at that time and never made it back to its glory days… Car does have rust but not like your typical chargers. Rust in following areas.. small holes by gas pedal, rust in trunk pan center, small rust area 3in wide in lower center of rear window, rust in lower quarters. All these areas are easily fixable. I see no rot or swelling under vinyl top. Front and rear window surrounds look good. Front end is also rust free. No rust in torsion bar boxes or surrounding area. Rear frame rails have surface scale only. Car comes with misc parts all exterior trim(around windows, side glas etc, used bumpers, etc.
