In 2001 I found this car in a building about 20 miles from my house in Alabama. I tried to buy it then and the old guy wouldnt sell it. I stayed after it for years and finally ended up with it. It had been in his building since 1982. 40 years later i rolled it out into daylight again in hopes someone would restore it. The car is extremely solid. No frame rot. Just surface rust. The engine bay and roof are rust free, door jams and rockers have no rot. Just minor surface rust. The floor boards are suprisingly solid with the exception of the drivers pan and trunk pan. They will need repair. The old man i got it from started fixing the quarters years ago and never finished them. Id say if i were gonna restore it id put new quarters on it. The dash and grill are there and intact. If someone is looking for a solid roller to restore or resto this would be the perfect candidiate. Please Keep in mind its not perfect and it needs a total restoration but its as solid a candidate as you will find to restore. Theres no motor but the trans is there. In Alabama titles werent issued until 1975. Anything over 35 years old is title exempt in Alabama. This car will be sold Bill of sale only. Thanks for looking.
