This is a project car, that I never got to. This had been stored in a barn for about 20-30 years when i got it, the tires on it look very very old. This will need a full restoration, but is a good car to start with. It has a clean title in my name.
I am open to offers on this car. This is priced under what the last two in similar condition sold for recently on ebay. I went through a lot, and it cost me a lot to store and keep it over the years.
I hate to let this go, but I have too many projects. The 1967 4 door is one of my favorite all time chevy cars. This is stored at my family’s farm, it is not running and will need to be trailered.
the pictures are from about 2 weeks ago. There is a fair amount of rust, the interior needs to be redone as well, but it is all there. the seats have bad fabric, the headliner is decent, the door panels are all there and in good shape, the dash is complete.
I cleaned up and painted the engine at one point, but did not rebuild it. It was running, but had a tendency to stutter a lot while driving. ***This was about 6 years ago, the photo of the engine if from about that long ago, as well as the video of it running, again the photos of the outside are from 2 weeks ago, the photo of the engine and the video are from about 6 years ago. It has not been altered in any way since it was put in storage, but it has been sitting for a while. ***
I do not know what the car needs at this point to run, and I don’t really know the condition of the body, but the pictures of the body are from 3 weeks ago. I hesitate to say to many good things about it, as opinions can be subjective. This is a project car, but these 1960s gm vehicles are becoming very hard to find in any condition, and it is still very restorable. But again, this will be sold as-is, where is, and as a car needing full restoration.
My access is limited to the car, just due to harvest season at the farm, but I will try to get more pictures when I can, at the moment I cannot take more photos.
The car would have to be trailered from the farm, I will be around this summer to help with that, but may be gone for a week due to an illness of a family member on the east coast (from the 4th to the 10th). I really hope this car would find a good home, as it has tons of potential. There are car shipping companies that would pick it up and ship it to you. It could sit where it is for several months if I have payment.
