This is a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible. It runs and drives great with its automatic transmission and its powerful Pontiac 389 engine that roars when you rev it up. Although I am a licensed automobile dealer, this car is out of my personal collection. The engine and transmission were rebuilt by a previous owner. I bought it with the intention to upgrade and further restore, but my plate is full, so I am listing it for sale. This car has factory air conditioning that blows cold. The original AM-FM radio also works. This car comes with its original Pontiac Floormats, and an original owner’s manual with a replica of the original window sticker and build sheet. This car is not a trailer queen or a concourse vehicle. If you are looking for a perfect car, then this one is not for you. The convertible top looks good from the outside, but it needs to be replaced. It works intermittently, but sometimes gives you trouble lowering it. It raises fine. The canvas on the inside of the top has a tear on the passenger side, but it doesn’t go all the way through and it does not leak. The original parchment white seats are not torn or damaged, but have yellowed a bit with age. It has power seats, but they don’t work. It has front seat belts, but not rear. The paint looks good, but it does have a few flaws. The car is not rusted or damaged on the body. The rear bumper has a slight ding, but it’s not major. The front and rear bumpers have a little flaking on the chrome, but not much. The lower dash has some scratches, and the dash below the window has cracking that has been covered with a dash pad. The odometer reads 63854, but I do not know for certain whether or not the mileage is actual though I believe that it is. If you are just looking for a fun old car to drive and enjoy, then this car might be a good choice for you. I have tried to be as thorough as possible, but please feel free to message me with any questions. I have not set a reserve on this vehicle, so it will sell to the highest bidder. It will be stored in my air conditioned shop until it is picked up. I will gladly work with your shipper, or you may come pick it up in person. I will release the car immediately once the payment funds have cleared. The vehicle is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
