Starts, runs, shifts, drives very well. Factory original 327ci V8 engine (double hump heads) and Powerglide transmission (from my understanding as it was presented to me by the prior owner in excess of 5+ years, and from my visual inspection)
I bought this car with the intention of full customization/restoration, but some things have come up and I cannot invest anymore into it, I need to free up space and funds here at the end of the year (she said haha)
Odometer shows 48760 but no way for me to tell if it has rolled over (5-digit odometer factory)
NO TITLE, this car has been a Georgia/ Alabama car for it’s life and titles not required in those states for antique/vintage vehicles prior to a certain date. MAKE SURE you are familiar with title requirements etc in your state prior to making an offer/purchasing this vehicle. You are responsible for that process if required, I will not go through the process with or for you. No title, as-is, no warranty no refund, no exchange, no exception please.

Factory radio w 8-track still installed
Nearly all original except recent Power front disc brake conversion, QA1 tubular front control arms and adjustable Coil over shocks that ride a little stiff for me, front steering/suspension updated and rebuilt, aluminum radiator. This is a factory a/c car but I have not put any time into returning it to operation.
Paint is several years old and is driver quality with some old body work and some bubbles starting to show here and there, BUT NO ROT ANYWHERE. Floors/ trunk/fenders all great condition as it was an Alabama car and has not seen weather or exposed to the elements clearly. Car can be driven without shame as it is (it shows very well and turns heads everywhere) or someone can make an easy project of it and strip it and take it to the next level with minimal investment.
Seats and carpet still nice, dash, etc See the pictures as I just took them, they accurately represent the car condition currently.
For those of you to get a feel that cannot come see the car in person prior to purchase, I rate the car unofficially:
INTERIOR 8.5 OF 10 (really cool and clean.ready for church on Sunday, and a little cruise after!)
EXTERIOR 6.0 OF 10 (as mentioned paint age and some amateur prep/paint work overall)
MECHANICAL 8.5 OF 10 (what can I say.it’s the good ol’ trusted 327 !)
Although it drives locally, I recommend the vehicle be trailered or shipped to your destination from here.
Given the age of the vehicle, and period of non-use, I wouldn’t push the 56 year old car hundreds or thousands of miles at 65-75mph on modern highways etc. It’s just not made for that.
