This is an original 1953 MG TD T Series un – restored “Barn Find” roadster. It has been sitting off the road since 1972. This will need a total restoration. Don’t know if mileage is correct. The 4 speed transmission shifts through all the gears. The engine turns properly with the crank. All the valves go up and down. Frame is solid and complete. Comes with an extra set of 5 MG TD steel wheels as shown. This still has the original side curtains. The windshield glass is broken and one windshield frame mounting stud hole will need attention. A new stud from Moss is included. I put on the new lower radiator hoses and new bumper bolts also from Moss. The wood dash has been replaced many years ago and looks very nice. The wood dash is a solid piece of wood that is thicker than the original wood dash. There are some dents and dings on the grille and headlights. Tires hold air but will need to be replaced. Bumpers will need to be replaced. The clutch pedal works and the brake pedal goes to the floor so the brakes are not working. Doors don’t catch very well. Has a clean clear New Jersey title in my name. Steering wheel needs repair or replacement. Car steers nicely. Fenders have denting on the front as shown. The rocker panels have some rust out just above the running boards as shown. Included with this car is the following kits from Moss Motors Ltd. : Seat kit # 245-060 Biscuit color. Carpet set # 454-478 Black. Top kit 3 bow Black # 243-740 and 2 door panels in biscuit with some extra upholstery. Have some misc. parts and books that go with this car. For local pick up here in northeast New Jersey.
