This is a Barn Find Chevrolet C 3100 Short bed pickup truck. I think it is a 1950- Chevrolet C 3100 short bed pickup truck. I could not find a vin plate anywhere. As you can see int he pictures it has spent the last couple of years in a lean to off of a barn just sitting there. I go to estate sales and conduct estate sales professionally so when I saw this on EstateSales.net near me I had to go check it out. I was able to buy it from the estate sale and I had it towed to my friend Robbies’ place and he put a brand new carb on it and ran a line for some gas. It will crank up as you can see in the video-He says it runs smoother than that but I didn’t have time to wait-supposedly will drive but the brakes are out so it will not stop and tires need air or replacing as can be seen. You can see all of the condition issues in the pictures. I found this in a barn in Leeds Alabama. It had not been driven in years-do not know any of the history of it. The owner passed away and took that information with him. This is a Bill of Sale vehicle. Alabama did not have Titles for vehicles this old. Being sold as is. You will need a trailer with a winch to get it. Front glass is cracked and passenger window is cracked as you can see in the pictures. Driver door opens from inside only. No rust holes in floorboards. Rust to bed as you can see in the pictures. Rear bumper is in the bed as shown in the pictures. Would make a great restomod or chop the top and drop a LS in it! I like the rust look-would probably just clear coat it and go with the Samford and Son look!
