1947 Original Mercury Convertible
SOLD AS IS – no warranty of any kind- Mileage unknown- Original Flathead V8 engine-The engine turns over we have not tried to start it the running condition is unknown. IT HAS A Manual transmission- NO CRACKS OR BREAKS IN THE UPPER OR LOWER GRILLS- This is an original barn find with a CLEAN PENNSYLVANIA title. The body is 95% complete with all of the hard-to-find components that are unique to a convertible. THE DOOR GARNISH MOLDINGS AND THE REAR COVERS IN THE BACK SEAT AREA FOR THE CONVERTIBLE TOP ARE MISSING THESE ARE AVAILABLE AT WESCOTT’S AUTO RESTYLING. The doors and deck lid are in excellent condition, it has a complete Top Assembly less the wood bows these are available new from OAK BOWS OR WESCOTT’S. It has the Inside Windshield Garnish Moldings, working Window Regulators, Door Latches and The top latches. Also included is a extra set of good original mercury front fenders. This car rolls but we have not tried to start the engine. The working condition of the engine is unknown.
