1947 Chevrolet Fleetmaster. Vehicle was purchased new by my Great Grandfather and has been passed down. It was driven from San Francisco to San Diego in 1993 and garaged. It was then taken by trailer to Brownsville, Texas and again garaged in 2003. It remained garaged until October of 2021 when I moved and it has been in the driveway outside since. Some light surface rust has started to show since October. Hasn’t been cranked up since ’93, so needs all fluids cleaned out. Brownsville is humid and had some issues with the drum brakes sticking (rust I suppose) when it was loaded onto and off of the flatbed in October. In the end all tires were rolling, but the front passenger side is still sticking a bit (don’t know what is happening with them since being parked in Oct.). Lots of trim, hub caps, head lamps, spare tire, and some spare parts in trunk. After market repair/maintenance manual/book dated 1948. Clean California title. Keys and locks work. I would also consider a full or partial trade for an SUV.
